Here's a cover I made for a Swedish magazine, a couple of years ago. "Friends who betray" was the main topic, and I could relate to several of the articles. Not feeling included, or even getting replaced by someone who was considered cooler or more fun.

I used to have two "friends" in elemantary school, and we hung out almost all the time. However, they often liked to joke on my expense. Prank me and then laugh at how stupid I was for believing them. Once, they even fabricated a fake love note and made me think that it was from my crush. And I believed them....

I know today, that real friends would never do that, and that true friendship is built upon mutual trust and respect for each other.

Don't settle for toxicness when you're young. You're better off alone for a while, it's only temporary. I know it's scary, but you WILL find healthy friendships eventually. Just make sure to declutter and leave room for them in your life.
