semi-real yet comical sounds about right. Yeah, stiffness sucks. I avoided it by doing A LOT of gestures in school and continue to do them time to time. No, I don't do them every day. Honestly, I don't think artists should draw every day, or at least expect it of themselves; that's how you get into ruts and lose inspiration.

Yeah stiffness does suck. I started doing gesture studies and just a couple hours of it will make your art more fluid, as I'm sure you know. And yes, I can agree with drawing breaks and ruts and such. It's not all about the pencil and page maann. Gotta get out in the world and experience throughout the week ya know?
