Sento Kiryu (2019 - BUILD Driver) - Kamen Rider Build (Base Form - Genius Form)

  The Unstoppable Genius, Kiryu Sento is the primary user of the BUILD Driver, a state-of-the-art piece of technology that allows him to change into the superhero known as Kamen Rider Build.
    Originally born as Katsuragi Takumi , a young prodigy with a knack for science and technology, 5 years prior to becoming Build, Takumi was witness of the ceremony for the return of a manned mission to the surface of Mars along with an artifact retrieved from it by one of the astronauts, Soichi Isurugi, named later as Pandora’s Box. In that same ceremony, Katsuragi alongside his father would be witness to an unnatural phenomenon that would split Japan into three nations, Hokuto, Seito and Touto, dubbed later as the Sky Wall Disaster after the giant foundations that rose from it’s land, trapping every person inside the country without a way of getting out.
  Still a teenager but wishing to help out the most he could so that this situation could be reversed, Takumi would begin to help out his father, Shinobu, with his studies and experiments concerning Pandora’s Box (at least on what his dad would actually allow him to do so due to the dangerous nature of these).
  However, not a year after, Katsuragi Shinobu would go missing, reports later coming in that he had seemingly committed suicide. Now legally an adult, Takumi would continue his father’s work for a few months, though eventually he’d be fired and blacklisted due to his constant disagreements with the higher ups on Touto’s Institute of Advanced Physics, mostly on the possibility of creating superhumans that could destroy the wall and the involvement of human trials that would come with this.
    Now seen as a disgrace in his field, Takumi would seclude himself back in his apartment complex, only maintaining contact with a few colleagues and his mother, Takumi began to work on the very few schematics that his father left him in his will, for 2 years, Takumi would further develop what Shinobu dubbed Project BUILD: a mechanical system based on the technology and energy stored inside the Pandora Box, as well as using a similar approach to local heroes: the Kamen Riders. Alongside these schematics was also a set of instructions on what to do once the project was realized: kill a young man known as Banjou Ryuga and the life-form known as Evolt.
  Left with this seeming last will of his father, Takumi would spend the next 2 years developing BUILD, albeit in less than ideal ways as in order to fund it he’d take jobs that one (even himself) would consider amoral, earning himself the nickname of “The Devil’s Scientist”.
    Near the completion of his project, and after luring an unassuming Ryuga with a job offer as his assistant, Katsuragi was attacked by who he’d later known to be Evolt himself, in the altercation between the two, Takumi was left unconscious. Believing him and his knowledge about the Box to be more useful than him as another corpse, Evolt concocted a scheme, faking Katsuragi’s death by switching his appearance with that of another man and framing Ryuga in the process, wiping Takumi’s mind and turning him into the amnesiac Kiryu Sento.
  Taking him under his wing and care in the form of Soichi Isurugi, alongside his unbeknownst daughter, Misora, Sento was provided the very-same Build Driver he created, promised by Soichi that it might be of use on recovering his lost memories. Believing he could do good with the power it holded, Sento used it by adopting the identity of a Rider, the appropriately named Kamen Rider Build.
  In the following two years, Sento would become a fixture as part of the countries’ effort to survive due to the increasing amount of creatures and mutates that began appearing, as well as dealing with the Sky Wall, eventually leading to it’s destruction and a final confrontation with Evolt.  Now semi-retired from the hero's life and with a position as part of the Future Foundation, Sento began to carve out a new, better life of his own.

Build Driver: The first known device amongst the schematics found in Project BUILD, the Driver Belt was a device designed originally by Shinobu Katsuragi based on the devices used previously by Kamen Riders.  A high-functioning piece of machinery, the Driver allows it's user to channel the energy stored inside a series of add-ons known as the Fullbottles, creating an armor arround them, transforming them into Build. When in use, the Belt is synched to it's users emotional response via a converter known as the L&P Amplifier, a safety precausion that maintains the energy of the Bottles from going completely haywire.
Full Bottles: A series of add-ons designed to be used as part of the BUILD Driver, the Full Bottles contain inside them a purified version of the Nebula Gas, a low density energy created years back after the activation of the Pandora Box. Divided between Biotic and Abiotic substances, the Bottles were classified by Shinobu early on after animals and objects Takumi was fascinated by as a child.
Genius Bottle: Build's strongest device in his arsenal, the Genius Bottle was created by Sento out of one of the panels that conformed the Pandora Box alongside the purified energy of the Nebula Gas. Retrofitted to function alongside the Build Drive, the Genius Bottle allows Sento to achieve power akin to that of Evolt. Through investigation, Dr. Richards alongside Sento deduced that the Genius Bottle's composition was able to tap very lightly into a source of energy akin to that of the Power Cosmic, though that is still just a working theory.

Trivia:
Ironically, a year or so after Sento becoming Build, he would save, team-up and eventually become close friends with the man he had intended to kill, Banjo Ryuga.
In his time as Build, Sento found a way to create and maintain a contact line with some of Earth’s most distinguished scientists by informing them of the situation inside the Sky Wall, amongst these being Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic
As part of the Foundation, Sento lended the schematics of the Build Driver to Stark-Fujikawa to further develop other pieces of technology in case new disasters would come to be.
The Build Suit according to Sento was based in it’s design on the suit worn by Spider-Man, a well-known local New York vigilante/superhero.
Sento has a small rabbit as a pet.
During the time Japan was stuck inside the Sky Wall, Sento made an effort to maintain contact in-between other Riders that were still active in the country, those being Faiz, Delta Garren, Leangle, Joker, Accel, Birth and the G3-Unit.
