My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about a year now with no success. I've already had a checks done and they haven't found any issues on my end. We are going to get hubby checked out soon but we have to work around both our job schedules, so it might take a few weeks to get an appointment in place. It's just frustrating because it feels like no matter how hard I try, I track, I diet, this is something we can't force to happen, it is pretty much out of our control. Regardless, I can't help but feel defeated every month that we don't succeed. I want to expand our little family so much...
