Description Theropod arms evolved in many different directions...

(I know, I know, Big Guy's tail is too short... Raptors and their crazy tails.. If it makes you feel better, pretend the last portion was bitten off but we can't see it because it healed and the feathers cover the scar... As long as we're talking realism, I doubt they could cross their arms or smile, either, or that they had apparent eyebrows )

Maybe he used his tiny 'arms things' at burrowing termite nests ?

Although surely the Torbasaurus would understand him & eat the raptor in fury

Little alvarezsaur, at least you're lucky that you're not Carnotaurus...

And even luckier that you are not a Majungasaurus, in which case your arms aren't the only tiny things...

Majungasaurus has larger arms than Carnotaurus though...proportionally and probably in absolute terms as well.

This is comical alone just for the little guy's nubby arms and his glare. XD The coloring here is beautiful!

Hey, it's better than a moa (which doesn't have arms) at least.
