Father's day present for my dad... he wanted a picture of himself drawn with his favorite hunting lab, Ceasar. Hence, it was done!colored pencils... and the image was a good deal too big to try and fit on the scanner, so this is a digital photo - therefore the detail and color quality isn't quite up to snuff, but you get the general idea. I'm entering this one into our state fair.. the competition in the adult professional category is pretty damn stiff, but it's always fun anyway
that and even 3rd place still gets like 35 bucks

wow, amazing realism! how did you get his white pants to stand out like that? is this tinted paper and you used white color pencil, or did you watercolor the background around his pants or what? beautiful work
