'We came upon the maiden in the waters north beyond the wall. She was draped in vines and tattered robes and smiled beautifully before she cringed and shook the water apart and drove us from the swamp.'

'I hear the swamp calling me at night. The Woman makes the nerbyg in the swamp sing to me. She is trying to bring me to her'

'I know she means me harm because her songs sing of blood and death.'

'Each night, the songs creep into my sleep and I dream of men at war, of blood spilt in the swamp. I awake before the image grows too grim, but I awake with the taste of blood in my throat.'

'Will you help me? Can you help me?'

Welp, It's finally done!! My first ever finished piece of line-less art let me know what you think! And who better to draw then Naruhel, red maid of Agamaur

I also did a bit of research on her name, (just out of curiosity) and though it was difficult to find an exact meaning, these are the best results.

The most likely translation is Sindarin "Naruhe" "naru" meaning red and "he" which is simply a feminine pronoun. In that case, we would get "red lady" or "red maiden" as we see in game.

Another possible one was from Sindarin "Naruêl" meaning "red star".

If we take the exact wording, "Naruhel", "naru" again is Sindarin for red and "hel" is primitive elvish for sky. I didn't want to use this translation though because it mixes the elvish languages.

In any case, the name is obviously Sindarin, whatever meaning it has it's still a fantastic name worthy of the daughter of river Mitheithel (probably)
