Err... Well it's sort of traditional media. I colored and drew everything with one black gelpen, one mechanical pencial, 7 watercolor pencils, and a index finger since I didn't have a brush. I just tweaked the colors a bit in iPhoto. But yeah...

I watched the Prince of Egypt last night. My second time seeing it, since the first time was when I was seven and didn't remember much. (I did somehow remember the River Lullaby melody though, even if I couldn't remember where it was from.) Awesome movie. Need to buy it.

Anyway, the opening song is 'Deliver Us', about the slaves wanting something to deliver them. I started thinking of Avatar, and soon I wanted to draw something that was based on that notion. I thought for awhile, and somehow came up with Ty Lee realizing how evil Azula is for the first time and praying for someone to help her. I drew the original pose off, and the picture turned into Ty Lee shrinking away from an angry Azula's fire. Basic concept is the same though.
