"Cecil has become more confident and daring, but is still afraid he's not strong enough. With Talvi distancing herself, he usually keeps his concerns to himself, unless they're absolutely necessary to the task at hand. Now more than ever, Cecil wants to be someone Talvi can depend on.

Moveset: Confusion, Energy Ball, Barrier, Trick.

Items:
Item #1: Sun Soaked Parcel Plant
- “This is a special flower. It gathers energy in the sun and shares it with whoever’s holdin’ it!” Boosts grass type moves in sunlight. (obtained after Mission 1)

Item #2: Binding Pod
- "This strange looking plant bursts open when thrown, wrapping its vines around whatever’s in its way! It’ll try to close back up after a bit though, and that can be painful." Invokes the move Wrap. This item must recharge after use. The time this takes is up to your interpretation. (obtained after Mission 2)

Item #3: Charged Stones
- "Naturally these stones give off a dim glow, but striking them together will create a brief, blinding flash. Just make sure to avert your gaze when doing so." Invokes the move Flash. Can be used once per event. (Obtained after Mission 5 from the Left Paw, replacing the screeching box)"
