Good old Randall dressed up as everyone's favourite mad rhyme spitting pup: Parappa! I made this on a high of playing Parappa the Rapper a lot and I'm quite happy with it~

I wanted to make the background as noisy as possible and I feel like I did a pretty good job at it. I also tried outlining the character to make him pop out more, but I'm not sure if I want to keep doing that since it kinda conflicts with the whole lineless thing I do.
