Phew, finally finished it. Well its not the best entry ever, but I had a blast working on this and for once, I'm happy with how it turned out. Raining melody and randomness yeah. Well I just wanted to participate and draw something nice in the process, so yeah. I'm just glad that I'm participating for a change.
Roughly sketched digitally and then cleaned up with a pencil sketch, inks and then painted over in Photoshop CS 5 with my intuos 4. Texture from: [link]

Wow cool! Yeah yeah! Same here, the small seemed too small..and the large was very expensive..especially since I had to buy from abroad (we don't have wacom tablets available where I live yet) and there was a the shipping charge o_O But I'm glad I went for the medium. Its larger than I thought it was. Very pleased with it. Actually at first I had my mind set on the large and then I realised it was quite expensive..especially with the shipping charges. So I looked around a bit, checking out the size measurements and stuff and then finally I saw this video where this kid was doing an intuos 4 review and it seemed quite large, so I finally made up my mind on the medium. My friend however got the small. And its not a bad size at all, like not as small as the former intuos 3 or something. Seems to work well for her. But the medium's the right size for me he he

Ha ha, thanks a lot Noa. Really appreciate the comment. And lol nah, but I'm glad you like it. And that I could participate it. Seriously speaking I decided to enter this contest like almost a week ago, but I didn't quite know what to do. And then the day before yesterday I got this idea, but I still wasn't sure. And then yesterday..lol I just fixed up the sketch a bit and then the power was out so I had to wait. And even after it came back..I kept getting distracted..I was browsing ha ha and then it was like 4:15am in the morning and I'm like Mony you HAVE to finish this and then I closed firefox and painted this in like an hour. Woo, and as each second passed by I felt like time was running out and I prolly wouldn't be able to finish it in time to submit it. Wooo, so its quite a relief to have finished it ha ha..and then I went to bed. After I woke up, I checked the pacific time thingy and found that there was still almost an hour left ha ha [long comment is long]

Thanks, I know right. I should've checked the clock, but then in a way I'm glad I didn't, then I'd probably be lazy and then not finish it time and stuff. So its all good. O_o really? Thanks, it shouldn't take that long anyway since all I did was draw the girl and randomly draw all the flowy stuff ho ho It was fun.
