I hear ya! one minute I draw out something I really enjoyed drawing, then the next drawing looks like crap! D=
BUT this looks SOOO awesome!!!! the detail of the red muscles and how have that light reflection just blows me away!

Yep, Pose also contribute to it for me as well. D: Thanks I had this in my head for quite a few days. I did draw a more non dark version of this but never finished it and I don't plan to. It's to horrible to finish. >:{
