How many colours on the model itself? Quite fancy. You might want to use different levels of dithering though, the side view dither is kind of dodgy.

by different levels you mean 'smoothing' it out even more?

to be honest, dithering is not at all popular on pixelcars, this was quite a lot of an exception already, haha. I'd have done that if it wasnt for a competition - people just wouldnt have understood it.
