Lol, i didnt buy any pattern. Im making a candy cane doll from sscratch for my little neices christmas present and have tried youtubing and googling and looking in all my books how to do candy cane stripes like that andcant find it anywhere is all. I ended up crocheting the legs in the back loop only with white, and then slip stitching red through the front loops, it looks,neat, but not clean stripes like you have here. Not trying to steal,anyones patterns or ideas. Im trying to create my own and was just wondering about that little part.

Basically, you surface slip stitch above the round. This stitch is not part of the round, it is between the round. Watching a YouTube video might help you understand.

Copyright is automatic on any original work. These people are based in China so they think they are outside of the law. They even took my photos and put their watermark on them! It's infuriating!

You are very welcome! I love your idea for arms and legs. Makes them posable! All the other patterns ive seen are just stuffed and the legs and arms turned out stiff and boring. Will you be making any of the new lalaloopsy princesses?

Thanks! The Lily sugar n cream yarn makes the arms and legs stiffer too. That yarn also helps with the roundness of the head because I use a ton of stuffing and it keeps it's shape without stretching.
All the doll patterns are from commissions that I have done. So if I am asked to do a princess one, there will surely be a pattern

I think the manufacturer sells it at a pretty reasonable price online. Sometimes they have it on sale too. I feel like it is the best skin colored yarn, not too pink, not too yellow.
