I love how you did her flowing blue dress; the way it's risen here is very dynamic!
As well, the environment beyond here is fantastic. The clouds you've done look wonderful, and the architecture

Anyways, the painting's lovely. I really like the motion in her dress and hair, and the misty buildings far back create so much depth and space.
