Photoshop, as well as all, if not, most of Adobe's products, have trial versions which you may download for free and paid versions that have all of the features.

Now I'm not advocating the torrenting of this software, but you can from various torrent sites. By torrenting the files, you get the software free of charge. However, the wonderful programmers that have provided us with it lose money. I don't want to guilt you or anything if you do choose to pirate it, but I'm just letting you know of the option.
