I am teaching 3 groups of students about
Sakanouye no Tamuramaro, a black man in Japan, that is the model for the Japanese shogun and samurai. I wanted them to draw how they think a black shogun or samurai would look. I also put my hat in the mix and did a drawing of black samurai.
