Description
He had no choice, his magic had been outlawed and he had been banished from the Castle. As the blizzard raged about him the sorrow at leaving his home and family was overwhelming. Not knowing or caring where he could go or what his future might bring, he hung his head, weary beyond words; and his journey had only just begun.His staff would sustain him, giving warmth and light but even it's magic could not diminish his sorrow or the tempest in his soul.

Hugs! It was my "Winter is a difficult time" image or it least the inspiration I am sure came from that fact that it has been cold here this year! I love the way this artwork flows from foreground to background, which creates a great perspective and also the way it fits perfectly with the story it is illustrating. Great work on the snow and the colour scheme, which works very well.

Things are plodding along....really in a funk with my own artwork at the moment and its bothering the crap out of me. I cant make anything work anymore its like suddenly ive lost my ability
I dont join too many groups...dont have the time but I will admit they bring more traffic to your pieces. Because Ive been so dormant lately, this week i added some of my older pieces to a few groups Im in and these pieces have taken off again....not so much with comments but certainly with fav's and views.

Yeah ... I was like that last Summer. Just couldn't create a thing! I do think that sometimes it is the brain recharging then, when you start up again, it is with renewed enthusiasm and skill. At least that is how it seems for me. I go in and out of these funks but in the end each time I go through them I come out a little bit better for it????
