There's nothing you can do. Since slash came into the world, expect people to make a couple out of every and any characters being the same gender from any book, show, cartoon, movie or etc. I don't like it either and even though I just ignore and hold my peace, I have a long list of slash pairings that have really shocked me and left me reaaaaaaaaaaaaally tempted to say something (I never did though). Don't let it get to you

You want to know something really shocking? There have been Harry Potter mangas written by fans (they outright say this is not the official story in them), and they are explicitly yaoi. My friend told me about it when I was scared of what people would think of the pairing I support in fandom. She also told me that they're graphic about it. That's just wrong to me
