If only we could capture scent as well, only then this image would be complete.Still spring is leaving us and this lovely purple bloom tips over the green are a wave goodbye.

haha 20 times....many times to Kriti, many times to Xios, some times to Ikaria, Naxos and Amorgos, then also to Peleponnisos, A8hna, Euboia, Phlion, Tinos, Suros, Zakynthos, Folegandros, Dhonoussa, Antiparos, Paros, Milos, Lesvos, Samos and I might have forgotten a few

from the above I have missed Tinos, Syros, Donousa and Antiparos.
But I have to suggest Chalkidiki, Rhodos, definatelly Kos and of course Spetses and Aegina.
Anyway, you are practically greek!

paliochora! do you know Sougia, close to paliochora? That's the village where I was made! (Back in the days that there were only a few houses there) in May 1983, 9 months later I was born

I wouldnt want to ruin your fantasy by telling you these were among rocks and hard ground... Levander grows as a bush and not like hay filling a field...
Still the smell is so strong it could fill a field!
