It has been a few days since Tarak's birth and it is finally time to present him to the whole pride and kingdom. Though this day is supposed to be a happy and celebratory day but it is also a sad day for today is the last time that Rafiki will be presenting the heir to the throne. The baboon has held the Great Kings Mufasa and Simba at the time of their presentation. Now that same baboon has grown old and knew that his time was near.The old baboon climbed up to Pride Rock for the last time with the aid of the Old King Simba. He looked at the young cub in the arms of the current Queen Kiara. He gave the young cub the mark of royalty and being the heir of the King. He took the cub carefully in his arms and gave the king and queen the look of reassurance. Kiara was worried that something might go wrong with little Tarak because Rafiki is rather old.
"Don't worry, your majesty. I will take care of da child," said Rafiki.
Rafiki carried the cub and held him up for the kingdom and for the Great Kings to see. A radiant sun light shined onto the cub, he has been accepted.
