I stupidly turned his anthro - but he was originally a sonic oc from my YT channel xXSmoothiethecatXx
He was a child then though - now he's a teenager!
As his name suggests he's an ice wielder, creating long spear shards from his hands and he spears them off
He didn't used to be able to control his powers, but he's learning slowly
