Description
Celeste was a project on ARK just like Shadow and many others. However she and most of the others were deemed failures as they were made to cure Gerald's granddaughter's illness. Shadow was the only one who has the antibodies but it was too late as G.U.N found out what they were doing. Celeste escaped alongside everyone else besides Shadow who was chained away and lost.
However when Celeste and the others landed on Earth - they lost each other, not knowing where each other were they ventured out and began to merge with the community they were found in. After a while G.U.N stopped looking for the other projects thinking they died in the escape pods. After 50 years and seeing the flood that happened in Station Square on TV she found Galaxy who was also drawn to the city to help. There she also found Lickro and Lyron and ended up leaving her home to live with them in their self-made mansion which they built just for the ARK projects once found.
After 10 years they've all found each other again and all live under the same roof, just like before. Only one missing is Shadow but they barely saw him anyway so it doesn't feel like they're missing anyone but he does visit his family from time to time.

Celeste's abilities look like glowing marbles - with these she can stick them onto people and they'll freeze in time unable to move. She can also probe people's minds if one orb touches another person.
