Description
Re-designed Venom, he's my main villain so I felt he needed to look the part.

This look is after Forces. During Forces Eggman finds Infinite and focuses all his attention onto him and the phantom ruby. Venom at this point understands and does as he's told like the rest of Eggman's minions. However over the duration of Forces Venom gets more impatient telling Eggman that Infinite will betray him and that he's more loyal he'll do better. Eggman then tells Venom he's a pathetic failure and wishes he left alongside his siblings, Poison and Terror.
Venom is hurt by this and leaves Eggman's base. He see's Eggman's defeat from afar and says his last goodbye and swears to take vengeance on everyone, the heroes and the villains. He wants to destroy the whole world and plummet it into chaos.

After wandering for years after Forces and seeing the Hero alliance take place, he knows he has to be careful and get far stronger than he is now. He travels to ruins across the globe searching for what he was possibly fused with, as he never knew what Eggman used to create him other than Shadow's DNA. He finds one distorted stone tablet that mentions his name. He takes it back to his home base and decipher's it. It mentions a sentient goop that was found among a wreck of a pod that mentions something called the ARK. There was mention of tests being done onto the goop but not what happened to it. Venom realised this is what he was probably fused with and went on the lookout for ARK data even hacking into GUN without being spotted.
He found out the goop was of an alien species and ARK was using it's help to create projects to cure illness' on Earth. Venom looked at all the files and saw the goop and some of these projects. They were hedgehog's, like him. He noticed a white and green hedgehog in one photo which read "Gamma's powers are like the Gamma ways we based him on. He can erode life itself. He's perfect for cancer cures".
Venom was Gamma and Shadow combined. Venom found his origin and didn't know what to do with himself. He wanted to get stronger, not find his technical father.
After failing to find anything to make him stronger he just trained with his powers more, knowing they were probably chaos and gamma combined. He realised this was the case when he sent out a "chaos blast" but it eroded his training room too. He felt accomplished and began training more, honing his abilities.

After he felt like he could take on the world, he hired a small time common thief to be his spy. He knew he needed help and all the ammunition he'd need. He hired a racer called Nox to be his eyes and ears on the outside. Venom knew he couldn't just walk out into public as GUN might recognise him being affiliated with Eggman at some point.
After meeting with Nox in a shady bar to gather the intel, he noticed a crazed girl on about wanting to see Sonic cry. Intrigued he asked her why and bought her a drink to hear what she had to say. Her name was Pandora and she loved Sonic, she stalked him for a bit and followed him up a mountain, only to find he was having a romantic picnic with another male hedgehog. She was crushed so swore to make him weep. Venom said he could make her wishes come true if she joined him, so she did.
The three now plot and plan the worlds demise in the shadows, waiting for the right moment. Their first mission: getting rid of Sonic.
