I have no problems with inspired works (i.e. my pictures being used as models for drawings or pose ideas for photographs). I like to use illustrations and photos as inspiration all the time. Any directly derivative (i.e. copying my image and then editing it with image editing software in any way or a direct trace of one of my photos) cannot be done and is illegal without my permission. Send me a note and let me know what you have in mind, if you would like to do a photoshop of one of my images (I'll probably say yes).

Sweet! Most likely I'll use the overall pose and bodybuild and then change the details. It won't be a copy, because I can't do copies, and I suck at photoshop, but it's going to remind a lot of the original (which, by the way and of course, will be linked and credited). I'll let you know when I get started, maybe send you like a preview and you can say no if it's too copycatish? (I'll be honest: I'll probably do the drawing either way, but I don't have to post it.)
