Sugary Skulled Dress.Originally it's the Groove Street design that I made for GTASA Alice.
is a graffiti mixture of the bloody Queensland, Infernal Train, bluey butterfly & a glowing green Londerland.
The dress "glows" when it's dark enough. ^^
