The color choices in this piece are amazing. All the cool colors are balanced so nicely, and the background is detailed, yet simple so it doesn't distract from the character. The character itself is phenomenal, the feather detail is what I tend to look at the most. When I look at the mane, it looks like it took you a very long time, and it sure payed off. I love the lighting on the skull, and how much detail was focused on the head so the eye instantly draws to that point, and travels down and around the piece. I'm so jealous of your anatomy, and you hit the nail on the head with fur detail. Stunning work, really' it is.
