Wow, awesome anatomy as always! I think the varying fur length really makes the character interesting, as well as the accessories which add color to an otherwise monochromatic design
I've noticed that your auctions are always really successful! Would you mind giving me some tips on an auction I'm trying to do? fav.me/d7tauyl (first detailed try at digital art as well as my first adoptable!) I've posted journals, forum post, added it to 16 groups, etc. but only 2 bids in the last 3 days even though it did get lots of views. I mean, the design may be simple but I don't think it's too bad, and the price (currently 70 points) isn't too expensive is it?
Soo yeah, just a couple of tips about what I should do, or even tips about digital art in general, would be really helpful. I understand if you're busy and don't want to look at it, but I would really appreciate the help from someone as experienced as you! You are always a huge inspiration for me!

If I can say one little critique, the front legs look a tad too long (especially the one facing the viewer) unless that was intentional, if so ignore my comment! ^-^

Thanks! This guy wasn't hard to design at all, just chose some colors I'm biased towards and made a critter/yote-ish thing I'd personally like to have as my own. He had a set of horns, wings, a longer tail...went through a plethora of changes. But sometimes simple is best. XD Beads and cloth go so well together too, you can braid the cloth, throw beads on that, tie the cloth, throw beads on that ectectec. I'm also a huge fan of contrast, desaturation with a hint of color, and mocha colors like creams and browns so use that often too (I just hope they don't get boring after a while!) Wow I did not see that initially, but now that you mention it... I think I may have misjudged the pose as I changed the back legs from being more bunched up to more relaxed and getting rid of some length, which I should have done to the front legs as well a tad, or at least angled them down a bit so it looks in line a bit more? I'll keep that note in mind for sure. o:

I totally agree that simple is best ^^ With just the right amount of small contrasts. That is how I usually design characters, but sometimes they end up a little too simplistic in my opinion. I also love "natural" color pallettes with just a splash of something more vibrant (most of the time the eyes) to make it pop.
It seemed to me like that was what happened with the legs. It would probably be an easy fix, but I understand if you don't want to go back to it now ^^
