I just wish I was able to draw them the same every time. I have a problem with staying consistent with my drawing style, so the characters look different every time, if only a little. >_< it annoys me to no end...

The Candlestone - the second in the series of books "Dragons in our Midst"
The storyline involves dragons and knights, but it also involves two modern-day teenagers who happen to be dragon-halfbreeds sired by dragons who, for their safety (due to the fanatical nature of dragon-slaying dating back to the days of King Arthur), had been forced to take on human forms for over a thousand years.
There's also a mixture of Christian allegory, sci-fi modern technology and olden-time mystical power.
Sir Devin, who has somehow lived on into the modern day, was the most terrible and fanatical of dragon-slayers, convinced that all dragons are the spawn of Satan and willing to go to any length imaginable (or non-imaginable) to wipe them out... and most disturbingly, he seems to believe it's what God wants, failing to see the darkness in his own twisted soul!
