worst nightmare I'll ever have for sure... you're running with bare feet, no armor, no weapon, your hands are bounded and a giant marshmallow thing... killer marshmallow chasing you... wait, is it a she?
moreover, this would surely a great game if it were ~

A gorgeous nightmare. You make us care about this poor frightened girl, but can there be any hope of escape or safety in a piece entitled 6th Hell ? The barred door, broken pipes, and collapsing floor all add to the heavy sense of dread this shadowy illustration gives me.

As others have said, the abandoned hospital backdrop adds a nice dimension to this piece. Aside from the corruption of a place of healing, it makes one wonder if this is even real in the girl's head, or if she's metaphorically running away from something.
Despite that, I just have to say...
