sorry for not posting much up these past few days guys, I have been drawing but i've been to busy to scan and ink them, i've had 3 tests to study for this week.
and I TOTALLY failed them D:and also i've been working on this! it took me 2 days or so..but I like it.

btw- how did you photoshop the tears and make them all cute like that? and how'd you make the eyes appear like they're glowing!? please explain!! TT_TT

its pretty simple really, you know how there 2 different types of brushes? the solid one and the other one that looks kinda blurry/fuzzy? well I just used the blurry brush and make it somewhat transparent :3

oh, just use the the brushes in the default..theres a solid one and a like fuzzy/blurry one..and make it kinda transparent :3
