[After the Christmas celebration ended most of the McKenzie’s relatives and guests dispersed back to their respective homes except for two. Gramma Stuffum stayed at her daughter Megan’s house, something she had been doing since before thanksgiving and would continue to do for the foreseeable future. The other guest that remained was Riyeko. The big blubbery kid would be spending the next few weeks at the McKenzie’s home while her parents went to travel the planet again as a way to enjoy a long overdue vacation. Even though she was 6, Riyeko was quite a load to look after as her greedy belly and bulging body were anything but low maintenance. Luckily Harvey’s mother was the kind of person who embraced her maternal instincts and was always happy to have another mouth to feed around the house. Plus Gramma was happy to be around more children. Like the old days.]

[Riyeko was glad to stay at her new friends house because it meant more time with her new friend, Harvey. Also, being isolated, she sometimes felt a little bored in her quiet house with just her family, so staying in the lively Sector W home with her new friends and his mother and grandmother, was a fun change of pace for her.]
