Description
Found a painting I did when I was really depressed around a year ago, or rather when I was starting treatment for my depression. So if I remember correctly this piece is meant to express the nature of perception. This idea was inspired by the way the antidepressants were affecting me at the time, as I had consistent swings into and out of my negative mind set, and things I saw as good and beautiful at a certain time would switch into something bad and ugly in a matter of hours. To put it simply my my perception of reality kept getting skewed and I had no 'mental anchor' for looking at and percieveing the world.
