Dim Sum girl= a girl or woman (hardly ever a man) who pushes around dim sum in a cart, it's like buffet on wheels. Dim Sum= Chinese food ranging from steamed dumplings and "Bao" to desserts and rice and stuff. it's great... it's real chinese food.
