Description
This is something I did when my old drawing tablet started to malfunction, this a replica of art I did and coloured. This is Dai from the Dragon Quest MangaThis is not what I originally intended to post, the art piece that I was intending to post will be posted in a few days. However I enjoyed working on this art piece of the Dragon Quest character Dai
As I said in the status update I posted, I got a new drawing tablet now, so I will be drawing and posting art more frequently now

First of all, I'd like to say how nice this piece looks as a whole. The character is drawn spot on, and the action lines work really effectively when it comes to drawing the attention to the character! Good job!
One thing I would like to point out is how in some areas, especially the blue shirt, there seems to be some inconsistencies with colouring. There are some white spots on the edges, as well as around the brown and white. I would say going in and properly colouring those areas in could help give the image a more polished and neat look. Also although this is a simple piece, I think perhaps adding a bit more shading might help. Even though you have shading on one side of the face, there should still be some more in the image, such as on the undershirt and even under the sleeves of the right arm. As well as this, although using lines as shading, like what you did in some areas, may work, I still think adding a darker colour on top of it would have made it more effective.
Another thing I would like to point out, although less noticeable, is the line quality of the piece. Of course most of the lines look fine, but there are some lines, such as some on the right side of the shirt, which look a bit jagged and pixelated. I think this may just be an issue of resolution/ canvas size and although it is not a big problem, if you would like a more polished and cleaner looking piece perhaps fixing those lines might help.

Keep in mind that I said this art piece of Dai is a replica, not a full sketch, however I coloured this half sketch myself.
I will upload art that I sketched completely next time.
From now on it will be full on sketches, sketches that I did and coloured myself of course
