Well this was made for someone who's leaving work in 2 weeks. He wanted something to remember me by XD XD XD Why I did a neko girl with a very wonky gun I've no idea XD Well he did say he wanted something original XDFor once, I'm happy with the eyes, I haven't been happy about them for ages, and I also really like the colouring style I did for this (using copic markers). And look, I didn't use extra thick lines for once *points points*. I'm actually happy with the outcome of this picture, maybe I'm finally getting over this art block where I hate everything I do *touch wood*.

Questions, when you use copics or other markers like that, do you use special blenders or are there other ways to blend?

Lol I don't use the special blender ^^' I'll put a first colour down first, then the shading colour, and if they don't blend in well, I just go over it a lil a bit using the first colour, using the broad side to mix it on paper ^^

...I can't draw guns altogether, so basically if there was a friend maybe trying to hold the.."bad guy" down then you might just shoot your friend! Thats not good!

Lol thanks ^_^ The idea for the bg was originally gonna just be a washy green colour, but then I got it into my head to do cross stitching, and when I was finished with that, I decided to do soft blue stitching on the left hand side to show where the blue was coming from. And when I packed everything up, I decided that I also wanted to add some red splattering XD I have no idea how I came up with it, but I really like the bg as well XD

Yeah sometimes when you have the confidence to experiment about with media and painting it can turn out really well. And this picture is a perfect example its so bold and colourful and the composition just goes together so well! ^____^
