Description Inside the Louvre Paris, France.
I could live there. And wander the galleries for 10+ years
So apparently Ryan, friend of an acquantance's great great grandfather or something did the pyramid archtecture for the Louvre. Same last name still too.
Umm yeah didn't have a wide angle lens. VERY crowded place. Difficult to get a picture but nevertheless I rather like the results. No people in it!

Awesome Photo, and me being a huge fan of the Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code and his theory, i must fav this, can you believe that according this theory, Mary Magdalene herself could be lying underneath that pyramid,

astonishing theory indeed

They're reflections The glass is in the building but it shows the outside too somehow (I was rushing and didn't have to to properly look. Wouldn't wanna get lost )

Thanks for the comment

Lovely! It's got a sort of painting'ish feeling over it. Teh pyramid it self is beautiful, and I love the light that comes down and creates all kinds of shadows and highlights. I find the composition interesting too, everything is sort of perfectly out of touch, but it still looks good - makes your eyes wander more.

Man... gotta go see that place sometime soon.

Thanks so much for the extensive comment. I really appreciate the feedback

When you do get the chance to visit, make sure you've got plenty of time. That place is simply incredible It's depressing how impossible it is to see everything though. I think there's a calculation, if you look at every piece of artwork for like 30 seconds you'll be in there for more than 10 years...and then they change everything frequently too

Yeah, I read that too. There are certain things that are more interesting than other though.

I like the abstractness and the blueish tone which lets me wonder if you are a night security person there, spending duty time with shooting pictures of the scenerys beauty.

It was actually the cam settings that gave this picture it's appearence, as it was taken during the day for starters. Oh but you're right. If I ever was a night security person there, I'd be a crazed security gaurd, obsessed with protecting the art and taking photos while on duty too

Thanks so much for the comment. I appreciate it!

You should really go and check it out some day when you get the chance. It's gorgeous! The architecture of the buildings alone are enough to stare and marvel at forever....but perhaps I'm midly confusing Rome with the Louvre. I'm somewhat sleep deprived. Finals!

Anyway, really, if you ever get the opportunity take it. The art work is amazing! And there's so much you'd never, ever see it all (depressinG) As is the rest of Paris. And at night you can go to the Louvre, by the glass pramids, and see the Eifel Tower lit up as well. I don't think I'll ever forget my experience there

wow...seems like an amazing trip to do, a MUST. Yeah, I'd love to go there, visit all the places you can go to and the ones hidden.
I'm glad you had such an awesome time there.
