Background: Milly suffered from magical buildup because the other Stars took a bit too long to Awaken her. The spontaneous bursts of static electricity could be painful for Milly and anybody or anything she touched, including her pet rabbit, Fluffy. The sparks kept her awake at night and gave her migraines, causing her grades to rapidly sink into the toilet. Her Awakening was a rather violent one, almost electrocuting everyone present as rogue bolts of electricity were unleashed rapid-fire, due to the magical buildup releasing.

Milly is a cheerful and bubbly girl, being a young kid. She's the youngest person to ever have the spirit of a Star bond to her, in fact. She enjoys her powers immensely and is highly skilled at using them. Coincidence or no, she's also a tech junkie, already able to hack into school websites. She has a moral compass, though: She only hacks for the fun of the challenge, not to change anyone's grades. Milly is best friends with Kiki and Sakura.
