Uh, as for me, it looked just like a "good luck kiss" one of my second aunts gave to her niece before exams.

Well, if it looks like that to you. It's what you think, and not what I just think.

No problem. I thought it would be impolite as well. ^.^

No, why? It's not impolite to ask about something you don't know.

It was just a way I was raised to be honest. I only ask about somethings if I don't understand. But if I don't know it I normally Google it.

I was raised with the rule, "ask no questions, hear no info". So I hardly ever explain things, and when no one asks, I think it was understood.

Well, yes. But we've been raised differently and I can't explan the way I was raised anyway. But the way you were raised is a comman way to be raised. But most of the people I know were raised the way you were.

Yeah, though most of people I know were raised a bit differently. They were raised to ask questions but they were expected to tell the parents everything important even when they aren't asked. For example, I told my parents about my grades only when they asked while most of my classmates were supposed to tell their parents immediately after receiving them.

It's the parent(s)' choice how to raise their child(ren). Not every child was raised the same, (such as me and you).

Oh, but of course. Though my ex-boyfriend expected me to tell him everything with no questions and well, we couldn't make it long.

Oh well, he wasn't used to ask questions, so there wasn't much talk between us, and we eventually split.

That must've been boring in someway when you were together?

Boring? For him, maybe. For me - not. I don't need much talking in the relationship to keep it interesting, doing things together is more important.

Doing things together is improtant I will say.

That is what I said. More important than anything else, I'd say.
