I mean... eyes are usually different shapes anyway, so that doesn't matter too much.... But it's so hard to make them the same size... I never get it right.

It a very stylistic Sera! It has a lot of illustrative quality to it. Even in full-view it looks like you actually painted it in a way, especially around the nose. She looks so cute and innocent, the eyes and expression really bring that out. Very nice!

I can't really figure out how to make things smoother in oc, that's why it looks so "painter-y".

Painter-y is actually really cool. There was a Nocturne fanartist who did pictures that looked like heavy oil paintings, if I find her again I'll show her site to you. You could see the brush strokes, but they all worked together. It appeared smooth, when it really wasn't. And I think this is smooth, when you see it smaller (thumbnail), it looks even smoother.

I mean, sometimes it works, having the brush strokes, because it kinda gives it a texture. But if you don't do it right, it turns out kinda... rough and unfinished instead.
