This may be one of the coolest models I ever built; Aerodive’s WWII-esque fighter aircraft mode was something I’d wanted to do for a while and ended up absolutely delighted with how he ultimately turned out. Sure, the roto engine hanging off his back is a little awkward, but everything else about him more than makes up for it, from his laser pistols alongside his wing-mounted artillery to how awesome his limbs look both as limbs and as the wings and tail, respectively.

I imagine he serves a similar operative function as Dropdown, in that he essentially drops in out of the sky, guns blazing and everything, only he has a more difficult time catching enemies off guard and tends to have a bit more flare to his entrances, given how his alt-mode can’t hover like Dropdown’s can, meaning he has to usually approach flying in fast and straight
