Activated by dancing and swirling air to the shapes of runes. This spell materializes and manipulates various forms of Aer wisps to do her bidding. Most times she does not actually bid them do anything, and they tend to flutter around as they please.

Cooldown | 1 to 60 seconds, depending on the amount of Aer energy available
The wisps are easily dispelled. For more significant shape and form, persisting concentration is required to maintain their existence.

The Pegasi Tree is a rare white oak known for its magical attributes. The trees grow large, feather-like leaves that billow and sway as though wings in winds, thus the name. The wand grants advantages to Aer/Aqua/Lux/Anima spells, minor stifling effects to Ignis/Ferrum/Nox spells, and may attempt to guard its wielder in dire circumstances.

Biography

Like many other children, Pari had no name when she first came to be - except that situation persisted quite a long time for her, for no one in her homeland had a name. One fateful day, she'd fallen into a portal and popped up from a deep-space summoning circle, right amidst a class being lectured on Luna Arcana's advanced runeworks.

As it was, they did not figure out how to send her back - the girl could not tell them where exactly she had come from, for her planet had no name. And thus she stayed around the school to carry on about her life, eventually given the nickname Pari for her floating likeliness to a fairy.

There did not seem to be any major adjustment issues, aside from socializing. More often than not, she bonded with animals easier than with fellow humanoid students.

Sometimes, she'd spend the evening gazing up at the starry night sky, wondering where her home is...
