Ah, Barbara Gordon! My first comic book crush! Even though the Joker's my favorite villain in the entire DC universe, there are two times where I hate him: His mistreatment of Harley, and when the dude shoots Barbara Gordon and paralyzes her from the waist down! For those of you who don't know, Barbara Gordon, the first Batgirl, got shot by Joker in the comics and became the wheelchair-bound hero: Oracle, who helps Batman with the power of technology! Now, you might be noticing a surprising lack of wheelchairs, and that's because you can't paralyze custom characters! So instead I gave her magnetic shoes to BS her back onto her feet!

What you need to set the options to are as follows:

Hat = None.

Hair = Miss Martian.

Face = Batgirl (1966).

Head = Catwoman (Pre-52)

Body = Black Canary.

Arms = Liquid Blue.

Hands = Light Nougat.

Hips = Black.

Legs = Black.

Weapon = Robin's Magnetic Shoes.

And finally, you name her "Oracle" in the rename option.
