hmmm.. its not that hard.. actually i learned it (my style) through time and also just by looking at other's artworks- (but im not copying though, just need some inspiration).
what i did was just basic photoshop, lighting, brushes and some blending techniques. what really counts is that you need to have good imagination.. its like thinking the outcome of your desired work on an empty photoshop canvas and start building it!
just be creative and dont stop practicing and exploring new stuff.. even i need this advice for myself.. hehehe--
