NALA MONTH!!!

So, let's begin...

First Nala made of this Month, is another original Nala. Her name is Lana Medina, and she is very, VERY close to the original Nala in story.

"Wait, Saiyan... she looks WAY TOO CLOSE to Nala. Is she her sister or something?"

Ah, I see you noticed. Well, she is not Nala's Sister, as Nala doesnt have a sister, unlike other Nalas in this multiverse.

No, Lana looks very similar to Nala... because Lana is Nala's ORIGINAL DESIGN!!!

You read that right. Lana is how Nala was SUPPOSED to look, before I changed her a bit.

You see, back in June 2011, when I designed Nala, I made one first sketch where Nala had shorter hair, and a skirt. However, a few weeks later I made a second sketch , where I made another design of Nala, where now her skirt turned into shorts, and her hair became a bit longer. This second Sketch is the one that ended up being the final design for the first Nala.

So, when I was looking at some old pictures, I saw that first Nala sketch and said "hey... I could make another Nala of her".

And so she is.

Nala's original design is now known as Lana, and is now part of what I call the "CORE NALAS", aka Nalas who are the closer to Alan in...something. Havent thought of what it is, but it's something. You will know of them because their names are very similar to Alan's (Nala and Lana are Alan's name rearranged, along with... another one.) So, names like Nala, Lana, plus names like Alana, Alina, Ellen, Alena and others, are part of the 'Core Nalas'. The closer the name, the closer is to Alan's story, althought with some big changes.

So, Lana's lore is very similar to Alan's and Nala's: she lived in a modern work, in México, in a normal life. Like both Nala and Alan, Lana was also bullied by her physical apperance: Alan was bullied because of his skin disorder and because he was a bit fat, while Nala was bullied because of her large breasts and good figure (in her world, bodies like Nala's are ridiculed). Lana's world was similar to Nala's, and so, she was also bullied because of her big chest and good body shape.

However, unlike Nala, who decided to act all defiant and be proud of her body (even thought the insults were actually hitting her hard to almost her breaking point before she meet Alan) and Alan, who decided to act mostly indifferent of the insults and just ignore them (which affected his ability to make relationships and became very reserved), Lana was VERY hurt by them and so she became very shy. She tried to hide her body, but she couldn't find big sweaters of her size that close her chest without the arms being too long, so she could only use shirts with cleavages and vests, which intensified the problem. She was bullied because of it, which caused her to become VERY shy about her figure, and she had few friends, if any, at her school. It was so bad that, if it wasn't because of her parents, and because she became so inserted in Anime and Games, she could have ended her life, something similar that happened to Alan and Nala.

But then, one day, after she turned 16, her world just... stopped. Everything froze in time. The people, the animals, everything stopped in time. Only the water in her house continued running, but that was very slow. She was the only one in her world who could still move. To say that she was scared was to stay short. She was terrified.

And then, she started to... dream. Each time she went to sleep, she dream of a male version of herself in another world, having some special powers that he was gaining, and meeting monsters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game. She was watching Alan's story in her dreams. She could see verything, but he didnt even noticed her. She became very fond of him, even thought they never interacted, specially since she realized he was acutally someone who liked large breasts. It made her feel that at least someone, even if it was herself as a male, liked her shape. So, she became a bit jealous of the other girls she saw in her dreams that interacted with him, and hugged him. She wanted to do the same.

Then, one day, something even more strange happen: she saw Alan going to sleep... and she was pulled into HIS Dreams, where he went into another world: Cephiro, the world of the Magic Knights, one of her favorite series. She saw him interact with the Magic Knights and have adventures with them, and meeting other people...even thought that adventure was very fuzzy for her to remember, as she was seeing the dream of another person in HER DREAMS.

But she wanted to be with him. Not only because she was growing interested in him, even thought he was her as a male, but because she also wanted to be in his adventures. She wanted to leave this world, and be in a quest, to save people, to use special powers, to be someone...

... and be loved.

Then one day, her wish was granted...

She went to sleep, and her heart resonated with Alan's, who just went to sleep and went to another world, and another one's...and when she woke up... she was in Hyrule. She then meet him, in this new world...and he saw her.

And she hugged him...

....it was the start of an adventure, one that she always wanted, and a quest to save people, and find herself...and be loved...

Unlike Nala, who is very confident in her body (specially after meeting Alan), Lana was a very shy girl. She wanted to use more reserved clothing, but nothing fit her size, and so she had to use those clothes, which she liked. After meeting Alan (who was someone who loved her body shape) and Nala (who was more like her), Lana began to grow some confidence in her body, and in herself. She was still shy, but she was getting better, specially with Nala's help, which caused many of those 'ecchi' accidents with Alan and her.

Like Alan and Nala, Lana use ice powers. Lana use them mostly for defense, unlike her other two selves who are more offensive. Her's is mostly used in support.

Because she was very shy and noone liked her, she was VERY DEEP into romance-like stories, thinking of herself with a man who love her for herself. Fortunately for her, the multiverse is full of those people, but Alan has a special place in her heart for being the first she meet who liked her.

Like Alan and Nala, Lana is SCARED of spiders. Even plastic ones. But, if you want to prank her, beware, because in her panic, she could freeze you solid.

More of her lore will be explained in my fanfic, which I will continue writing after November passes. It will be specially in the 'Parallel Stories', as those are from the Multiverse, while the main one will be of Alan's main universe.
