Nausicaa is in my opinion the best film made by Miyazaki. I enjoyed others too, but none more than this one. ^^ Bad thing the story was so "cut", but the film was made at the moment the manga was still being drawn, so cutting the storyline was much better than coming up with a forced ending. I must read it at last!

There can be no better background for Nausicaa than clear, blue sky. ^^ And her famous pose is here too! (Not to mention the pet. ^^)
