When I started to draw this, I wanted to do something cute and little childish.Now I also drew full background.

I like the pattern on the bottom of her dress, how her wings are shaded, and how the background is a bright fun blue
What bugs me a bit is that her lower arms just disappear and how she's supposed to be sitting on the end of the moon.... 
I suggest that you try to not hide the hands too much. I can explain about the sitting pose for you if you want, but I think it'll be quite wordy xD
