This pose kind of got away from me and became what I like to call a "chaotic, meaningless pose" which is something I'm trying so hard to avoid now, but I think I'll get better with Buck the more times I draw him and gain more control!Buck (c) Jack London / Fox / Disney

I watched the trailer again and just noticed there’s a French actor in the cast, Omar Sy. I really like this actor and he seems to be a popular artist in the US, he also played in Jurassic World.
The Canadians landscapes are breathtaking and the story seems beautiful. I hope we will be able to watch it in theaters soon, or at least on Amazon Prime Video.

Oh, I'm not good with actor names or faces, but I'm assuming that's Pierrot!! He does speak French and I was wondering if it was authentic. That answers my question!

And Omar Sy is really a kind person and a talented artist.
He played Owen’s colleague in Jurassic World, the velociraptor trainer, and have other roles in American movies as X-men...
He also had one of his best roles in Intouchable, it’s a very beautiful movie, I think it’s the best French movie. There’s an American remake of this film, The Upside, on Amazon Prime Video.

Wow, you sure know your actors! I really don't, although sometimes I'll start to remember a name if they're in a few movies I have seen. Like Daniel Radcliffe, of course!

I don’t know all of them, but yeah some which are very popular as Jean Dujardin... I don’t really like French movies, when it’s comedy/humor they are trying to do something funny but it’s always mediocre, and when it’s serious stories as romantic stuffs it’s kinda annoying 🤣.
I mostly like action/comedy/humor/adventure movies : Jurassic Park, Back to the future, The fifth element, Harry Potter, Star Wars and funny movies like Scary Movie, Dumb and Dumber.... and also police movies when it’s funny like Lethal Weapon or Rush Hour.
I do like watching TV to relax and have fun, I don’t like “intellectual” or complex movies as Now You See Me (saw this movie twice and still didn’t understood 🤣)
I almost never watch French movies indeed 😂.
And don’t worry I also don’t know the name of many actors. I’m often calling them by their characters name, like “Oh Harry Potter is playing in a new movie 🤣” or “The guy from Night at the museum”.

And regarding Intouchable, I really like this film a lot. I watched the remake, The Upside, but it’s not as good as the original movie, I think.
I think it was necessary to do an international version of this story, because there’s too much reference to French culture/social problems and humor which maybe wouldn’t be understood well in other countries, but sadly they cannot remake a such perfect duo, and couldn’t create the same relationship with the main characters.

I might be! I think a lot of my ideas for him are a bit too involved, though, so I may put them off until I'm better with art in general. I study every day so hopefully that will be soon!
