Yes, I'm writing Cas/Meg. That infamous episode destroyed my brain quite thoroughly, since I'm usually a Dean/Castiel 'shipper. ^^
Of course you can read it! I will certainly alert you when it's done. I'm not quite sure exactly how it will pan out yet, as it will be multiple chapters/parts, but I titled it "Crossing the Line", and this is the summary I came up with:

Meg tries to convince herself she’d kill Castiel if she could, and Castiel is determined to keep their relationship strictly a strategic one. Neither one expects things to take the turn they do.
