You know in some flicks how one of the protagonist's allies is an ex- criminal? Whelp, that's the best way to describe Mr. Toppat Clan (Archibald Peasworth), a master spy with sticky fingers for loot and classified information from Z-Tech.
Bred a law pea during the first garden war, he was evicted from his duties for "Borrowing without permission" Dave's taco salsa. Enraged, he turned o the dark side pulling off many heists, and racking up lots of cash. Eventually, he attracted the attention of a scout looking for potential members to the notorious Toppat Clan. After hearing of all the perks (In a musical number) of joining, Archibald signed up as a Class 1 Toppat. He received his very first hat: A small dingy top hat that had a patch in it. As he pulled off more heists, and piloted the ship safely through storms and gales, he got his Class 2 Toppat rank, with a small but better top hat.

Sometime after the Wall incident, when the leader came back to power, a contest was held called, "Thief of the year" where the prize was the royal top hat that Archibald has on to this day. So how did he do it? Sure, he was fast, sneaky, and rich, but there were over 1,000 members on board so Archibald needed a trump card.

At the end of December, The results were in. "The winner of the Thief of the year award is..." Said The Toppat Clan leader, "Smith Wormwood, with this brilliant diamond!" CRAP! thought Archibald. I knew I should've gone with diamonds instead of rubies... As Archibald walked away angered, the leader noticed something in Archibald's plant pocket. "HEY! You walking away! Come back!" He shouted Archibald heard him and came up on the stage with the leader. "Might I ask what that is in your pocket? The leader asked. Archibald pulled out of his pocket Dave's taco salsa. "BRING ME SOME CHIPS! SOMEONE!" cried the leader. As a bowl of tortilla chips was presented, the leader dipped a chip in, and took a bite. "By Barbossa's fedora. It's is! But HOW??" "Well...." Archibald stuttered. "No need to explain, good sir. I think we know the true winner, now." Said the leader quite pleased. "EVERYONE! I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND! The true winner of the Thief of the Year award goes to Archibald Peasworth!" Applause filled the room as Archibald put on his glamorous prize equivilant to a Class 9 Toppat, next to the right- hand man, the highest rank in the clan!

As time passed, Archibald retired from the clan with half of what he stole (The other half was donated to the clan), and wondered aimlessly until he saw what had happened to suburbia. Toppat clan could help with his experience of stealth, and hacking skills, but first he needed to set things right. He went to a Plant Republic recruiting tent and turned in his first loot: Dave's taco salsa. The salsa was safely returned and Dave himself came to Archibald and after many years of losing his best salsa, with the love of all of humanity, forgave Archibald. At the register when they asked his name, He paused for a moment, looked at his lovely hat, smiled and said, "My name is Mr. Toppat Clan".
